Men in pink at MIM! Arizona said goodbye to the summer heat just in time for an outdoor fashion show filled with smiles, laughter and at times, a few tears. The Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) recently hosted "Fashionably Pink", a celebrity runway show benefiting Susan G. Komen for The Cure. Breast cancer survivors, famous sports figures and familiar faces in local media joined together to walk the runway, each wearing pink inspired designer creations. Guests were treated to a fantastic evening, including an unforgettable fashion show, stories from each of the survivors and a silent auction with unique art pieces. October is breast cancer awareness month, with charity organizations across the country raising funds for education and research, all in the quest to find a cure. Fashionably Pink was sponsored by GoDaddy.com and presented in coordination with Phoenix Fashion Week.

October Summary
AD Photoworks spent time in October working with several local models and designers in conjunction with Phoenix Fashion Week. We captured a variety of different looks ranging from vintage themes to contemporary elegance. The Fashionably Pink event was a great way to start off with pink themed fashions and many inspiring stories. The latter part of the month was devoted to a variety of fine art pieces for clients and planning for upcoming compositing projects.
